Brand Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Brand Designer. In this role, you will not only refine our design system and craft visually stunning content for our social media but also contribute to designing merchandise and creating eye-catching visuals that captivate at first glance. As a member of our Comms team, you'll have the freedom to experiment with templates, innovate new formats, and help shape a distinctive and unique voice for our brand.

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. At least 3 years of experience with graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Figma).

2. Understanding of how to use visual guidelines/brand book in design.

3. Skills in presentation layout and template development for Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma.

4. Experience in creating animated and static visuals for various social networks.

5. Experience in creating templates for corporate presentations.

6. Basic understanding of web design rules.

Will be a plus:

1. Experience in prepress preparation of visual materials.

2. Development of brand books/guidelines from scratch.

3. Skills in creating illustrations.

4. Experience in video editing.

5. Skills in developing own sets of illustrations.

The team expects you to:

1. Preparation of static and animated visual materials and their adaptation to various social media platforms for Kiss My Apps: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.

2. Developing a visual style for corporate presentations and preparing materials for online and offline speeches by KMA speakers.

3. Preparation of creatives for Kiss My Apps brand promotions on social media.

4. Development of additional visual materials for communication channels.

5. Participation in the development of merchandise and visuals for Kiss My Apps creative collaborations.

6. Work with the PR & Communications team on all visual components of SMM, Internal Comm's and CSR.
