Chief Financial Officer

Kiss My Apps is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead the group's financial and legal direction.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the financial and legal infrastructure of the holding, coordinating teams of financiers, accountants, tax specialists, and lawyers.

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. 3 years of experience in a relevant management position.

2. Experience working with non-residents.

3. Financial analysis and accounting - deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting and financial planning.

4. Deep understanding and experience in Tax compliance (indirect (VAT, Sales tax, etc.) and direct (CPT, WTH, etc.) taxes.

5. Technological skills - proficiency in modern business tools and software required for financial analysis, data management and process automation.

6. Knowledge of English - from Upper Intermediate.

Will be a plus:

1. Experience with web-based products in the context of finance.

2. Experience with card payment systems.

3. Experience with subscription monetization models.

The team expects you to:

1. Strategic management:
- Implementation of the financial and legal infrastructure in accordance with the company's goals;
- Constant review of plans, both in accordance with the current state of the company and the development forecast.

2. Financial management:
-Control over the management of corporate finances, including budgeting, forecasting, plan-to-fact analysis, cash flow control.

3. Legal strategy:
- Developing and implementing the company's legal strategy in line with its business goals and strategy.

4. Financial reporting and accounting:
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and automated accounting and management accounting

5. Risk Management:
- Identify, analyze and manage financial and legal risks, as well as develop strategies to minimize them.

6. Operational efficiency:
- Coordination of the work of teams (legal, financial, accounting, tax), including in-house employees and outsourced specialists (outstaff);
- Increasing the efficiency and optimization of financial operations and processes;
- In the future, building our own back office of the holding (in the financial and legal aspect).

7. Working with contractors:
- Organizing effective interaction with relevant departments and teams at Netpeak Core.
