Creative Marketing Manager

Kiss My Apps is looking for a proactive Creative Marketing Manager who will help create effective advertising creatives for our products, test new advertising approaches, work across channels and influence product growth

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Creative Marketing manager in a B2C IT company.

2. Experience in creating advertising creatives.

3. Understanding of performance marketing and key advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok).

4. Ability to analyse creative indicators (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS).

5. Experience in conducting competitor research.

6. English language skills at Intermediate level or higher.

7. Creativity and strategic thinking.

8. Strong analytical skills.

The team expects you to:

1. Development of advertising concepts for products.

2. Market research, trends, competitor analysis.

3. Writing tasks for designers and UGC authors.

4. Assessment of creative effectiveness and optimisation of work.

5. Implementation of new approaches in the creative process.
