Customer Support and Billing Manager (Night Shift)


We’re looking for a Customer Support & Billing Manager (night shift) to join the Kiss My Apps team to enhance our customer interactions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from 23:00 to 8:00 Kyiv time. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll assist with billing processes and customer inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and a positive user experience. This role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to improving customer service systems while developing your skills in a growing environment.
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. At least 6 months of experience in customer support/billing.
2. Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level and above.
3. CRM systems knowledge (e.g.: Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
4. Basic understanding of billing processes and payment systems.
5. Result-oriented and striving for self-improvement.
6. Multitasking and a willingness to learn.
The team expects you to:
1.  Respond to customer inquiries via email. React to reviews (Google Play, AppStore).
2. Process and manage customer refund and cancelation requests according to company policies.
3. React to chargeback alerts, and participate in the chargeback disputing process.
4. Recognize when issues need to be escalated to senior team members or other departments for resolution.
