Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. Experience in managing and organizing processes from 1 year.
2. Work experience as a personal assistant/assistant to a TOP manager of 2 years or more.
3. Proficiency in English and Spanish at a level not lower than B2.
4. The ability to quickly understand any topic, problem, including technical processes.
5. The ability to work with large volumes of various information, while drawing constructive conclusions from them.
6. Attention to details, the ability to meticulously go into any process and achieve a result.
7. High communication skills, lack of fear of contacting strangers (including contractors abroad).
8. The desire to do everything better the first time, and not in the style of "it will go like that".
9. The ability to express one's thoughts correctly and clearly: both orally and in writing.
10. The ability to reach out to anyone and speed up the resolution of issues.
11. The ability to remain calm in stressful situations, which allows you to continue working in a hurry or under stress.
