Founder's Personal Assistant

The main goal of the position is to take care of the individual assignments of Dmytro, his family, and specific tasks from other top managers of Kiss My Apps.

Important components of this vacancy:
1. Simple communications that lead to implementation.
2. This is exactly the kind of person who is constantly "pushing" and reminding 🙂 That is, he should do so that Dmytro has no opportunity to miss or not do something.
3. Always be one step ahead.
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. Experience in managing and organizing processes from 1 year.
2. Work experience as a personal assistant/assistant to a TOP manager of 2 years or more.
3. Proficiency in English and Spanish at a level not lower than B2.
4. The ability to quickly understand any topic, problem, including technical processes.
5. The ability to work with large volumes of various information, while drawing constructive conclusions from them.
6. Attention to details, the ability to meticulously go into any process and achieve a result.
7. High communication skills, lack of fear of contacting strangers (including contractors abroad).
8. The desire to do everything better the first time, and not in the style of "it will go like that".
9. The ability to express one's thoughts correctly and clearly: both orally and in writing.
10. The ability to reach out to anyone and speed up the resolution of issues.
11. The ability to remain calm in stressful situations, which allows you to continue working in a hurry or under stress.
Will be a plus:
1. Work experience as a personal assistant/assistant to a TOP manager
The team expects you to:
1. Interaction with realtors, notaries, state. institutions, banks (organization of notarized translations/registration of powers of attorney).
2. Find and negotiate with any contractor or specialist.
3. Writing/designing texts: message templates, writing follow-ups, manuals or instructions.
4. Business trips: buying tickets, finding and organizing a transfer, booking hotels and apartments, opening visas.
5. Payment of utility bills, services, subscriptions, subscriptions.
6. Planning the manager's working day.
7. Family medicine: buying medicines, finding specialists, organizing and monitoring the visit.
8. Various other individual assignments from the manager and members of his family.
