Head of Payment


We are looking for an experienced Head of Payment!

The Web Products division, which includes the Payment Team, is currently a key focus area within the organization. As a result, the Head of Payment will play a pivotal role in core operations, contributing to and influencing high-level business processes. At the same time, the diverse range of products offers ample opportunities for creativity and engagement with a variety of external stakeholders, including Payment Providers across different jurisdictions, Gateways, and Merchants of Record.

The ability to build a full-fledged project - a platform that will meet the needs of internal businesses.
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1.  3+ years of experience in product and payment-related roles.
2. Proven experience in management of group or system components.
3. Proficient in payment systems, card payment processing, alternative payment methods, and anti-fraud solutions.
4. Deep knowledge in both technical and product with Payment domain.
5. General understanding of KYC, Bank Compliance processes.
6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
7. Upper-intermediate+ English proficiency.
The team expects you to:
1.  Develop, implement, and support a strategy for building a payment product that fully meets the needs of the internal client.
2.  Manage the Payment Team throughout the full cycle.
3. Closely collaborate with stakeholder executives to develop and implement the product's long-term strategy.
4. Develop payment infrastructure both internally (product) and externally (banks, PSPs, gateways).
5. Providing Products by strong and solid guidance on Payment related issues.
6. Manage high-level payment infrastructure risks.
7. Continuously improve payment analytics.
