Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1.  You have at least 2 years of experience in IT companies or organizations with a matrix structure and strong horizontal relationships and working in the Zero HR concept.
2. You understand the peculiarities of building HR processes in a period of active business growth.
3. You know how to combine strategy and practice: plan, manage processes, and implement projects independently.
4. You know how to build a corporate culture, work with the life cycles of organizations, company structure, and types of management.
5. You have experience working with budgets and understand the financial impact of HR initiatives.
The team expects you to:
1.  Employee cycle: development and implementation of efficient and scalable HR processes
2. Business unit support: advising and supporting 80+ employees and managers on all issues related to the employee life cycle.
3. Goal setting and performance evaluation: participation in the creation of a system for setting and achieving goals that are in line with the company's strategy.
4. Working with budgets: planning and justification of expenses for development programs, training, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
5. Automation of HR processes: development and optimization of business processes with subsequent integration into the HRM system.
6. Training: organizing and conducting trainings for managers to improve their team management skills in the context of active growth.
5. Corporate culture: development of the company's culture through the introduction of modern approaches, such as spiral dynamics, principles of different types of management, and life cycles of organizations.
