Junior Operations Manager

Kiss My Apps is looking for a proactive and flexible Junior Operations Manager to handle operational tasks and be the main contact for business units. This role requires ownership, problem-solving, and proactive communication. We value adaptability, initiative, and a results-driven mindset. Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. Google Sheets – basic formulas, tables, filters.

2. Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Gmail) – basic knowledge of working with documents and emails.

3. Basic data collection and analysis.

4. Basic presentation skills (Canva, Google Slides, etc.)

5. Report creation – building simple reports from data.

6. Understanding of data security and compliance best practices.

7. Information retrieval skills – quickly finding answers and solutions.

8. Logical and structured writing – ability to present thoughts clearly and coherently in written form.

9. English proficiency – B1 and above.

The team expects you to:

1. Collaboration with Product Managers:
- Conduct weekly meetings to discuss product updates, audit results, and operational requests.
- Ensure adherence to processes, identify gaps, and gather requirements for new processes if needed.
- Monitor product reports, track KPIs, and report anomalies.
- Assist with product planning and goal setting- Manage legal briefs for new products.

2. Work with Apple/Google:
- Create and manage Apple/Google accounts and handle app transfers.
- Update Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, and licenses.
- Communicate with platform support when needed.

3. Reporting:
- Manage assigned reports and keep the team updated on results.

4. Support:
- Assist with process automation and product-support synchronization.
