Lead Product Manager (Web Unit)

Kiss My Apps is looking for a Lead Product Manager (Web Unit) to lead the creation and development of a strategically important web product line for the company.

This role involves launching a business from scratch, building a portfolio of web products, leading the unit, and making key strategic decisions. We offer a lot of freedom to implement ideas and no bureaucracy.

Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. At least 1 year of experience with web funnels.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
3. Knowledge of user acquisition channels (Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads).
4. Ability to generate and confirm hypotheses using A/B testing.
5. Deep understanding of product metrics and data analysis.
6. Ability to work with user needs and problems, analyze their behavior.
7. Experience with product analysis tools (Amplitude, Firebase, Tableau).
Will be a plus:
1. Experience of launching web funnels with the success of finding economic units.
2. Successful experience in skimming a web funnel (1 million mansions +) after finding economic units.

1. Take ownership of the new strategic direction of web products, including its launch, development and scaling.
2. Form and lead a team to realize the goals of the direction, ensuring its effective work and coherence.
3. Develop a strategy for the development of web products, taking into account user needs, business goals and the competitive environment.
4. Demonstrate entrepreneurial skills by generating innovative ideas for creating and monetizing web products.
5. Responsible for business results directly, ensuring financial efficiency, profitability and ROI growth.
6. Analyze user behavior, collect and interpret data to make analytics-based decisions.
