Product Manager

Kiss My Apps is looking for an ambitious Product Manager who will be responsible for product development, running A/B tests, and optimizing marketing channels to achieve financial goals.

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. From 2 years of work experience in the position of Product Manager.

2. Knowledge of user engagement channels (Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads).

3. Ability to generate and confirm hypotheses using A/B testing.

4. Deep understanding of product metrics and data analysis.

5. Ability to work with the needs and problems of users, analysis of their behavior.

6. Experience with tools for product analysis (Amplitude, Firebase, Tableau).

Will be a plus:

1. Experience in forming a long-term product development strategy.

The team expects you to:

1. Ownership for the process of generating and running A/B tests.

2. Determining a long-term product development plan.

3. Working with user engagement channels to achieve financial goals (Google, Facebook, ASA).

4. Managing a cross-functional team to achieve set goals.

5. Develop a product development strategy

6. Ensure the continuity of the A/B testing process.

7. Improve the results of marketing channels in cooperation with UA and Growth managers.
