Senior Backend Engineer

We looking for a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and take on an exciting challenge.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who will reverse engineer our legacy ASA campaign tool and develop an alternative solution tailored to our business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of backend development, system scalability, and integrations.

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. 4+ years of experience with backend development using Node.js / .NET (C#) / Python / Java.

2. Strong understanding of system scalability and designing high-performance systems.

3. Experience with integrations: queues, data protocols, data formats (e.g., Avro), and REST API integration.

4. Solid knowledge of AWS (or any cloud alternative).

5. Experience in reverse engineering legacy systems and building alternative solutions.

6. Understanding of data security and compliance best practices.

Will be a plus:

1. Knowledge of 1C.

2. Expertise in cloud-based architecture.

3. Experience working with ASA campaigns or similar tools.

The team expects you to:

1. Reverse engineer the existing ASA campaign tool to fully understand its architecture and functionality.

2. Design and develop a custom solution to replace the legacy tool, ensuring scalability and system efficiency.

3. Handle system integrations, including queues, protocols, and APIs, for seamless data exchange.

4. Optimize system performance and scalability to meet future business needs.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.

6. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables independently.
