Social Media & Content Manager

We are looking for a talented Social Media & Content Manager to manage Kiss My Apps' shared and C-level channels. If you can create trending, viral content, build hypotheses based on analytics, and have experience developing channels from scratch, we have something to talk about!
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1.  At least 3 years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
2. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
3. Proficient in writing both short and long-form content for social media.
4. Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and Figma (ability to create simple creatives for stories following approved guidelines).
5. Portfolio showcasing real projects (quality over quantity is key).
6. Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level of English—while workplace communication will primarily be in Ukrainian, you’ll need to work with English-language sources and maintain the company’s LinkedIn and C-level communications in English.
7. Proficient written and spoken Ukrainian.
8. Ability to write clear, detailed technical specifications for designers.
9. Comfortable with receiving feedback and making edits as needed.
Will be a plus:
1. Experience working with tech projects and/or product companies.
2. Experience preparing content for C-level executives' personal networks.
3. Background in copywriting and text content creation.
4. Proven success in creating viral content (Instagram preferred, though experience on any platform is a plus).
The team expects you to:
1.  Writing both short and long-form content in Ukrainian and English.
2.  Preparing scripts for C-level social media reels and segments.
3. Developing a content plan for the company’s social networks and C-level profiles.
4. Launching new content formats based on analytics.
5. Creating technical specifications for visual content and assigning tasks to the designer.
6. Repurposing content for various social media channels.
