Creative Marketing Manager

Kiss My Apps is looking for a creative marketer to work on our new products in the mental health and health & fitness niche.

As a Creative Marketing Manager, you'll be able to realize your wildest ideas, influence product development, and experiment with different directions.
You can work completely remotely from any location.‍

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. Experience in performance / digital / creative marketing from 1 year;

2. Experience in creating and testing creatives for performance marketing (FB, TikTok, Google, Snapchat);

3. Ability to analyze advertising indicators and make decisions based on the data obtained;

4. Experience in writing technical specifications for designers;

5. Experience of interaction with UGC and content creators;

6. English at Upper Intermediate level and above.

The team expects you to:

1. Development of concepts for advertising creatives aimed at paid traffic acquisition;

2. Writing briefs for designers and UGC creators;

3. Approval of ready-made advertising creatives, making edits;

4. Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising creatives, generating ideas for improving their performance;

5. Monitoring the market, competitors and tracking trends on a regular basis;

6. Organizing brainstorming sessions and retreats to find the most effective ideas;

7. Search for new tools and approaches to improve the creative process.
