Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to cover the full financial compliance of one of the most promising businesses in the Kiss My Apps Group.
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. At least 5 years of experience as a financial analyst/manager (in diversified companies, in groups of companies).
2. In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, modeling and forecasting.
3. Practical experience in preparing a full set of financial statements and understanding the structure of the main formats and indicators of financial statements.
4. Knowledge of budgeting and cost control methods.
5. Professional user of Excel (preferably Google Sheet), advanced knowledge (complex formulas, financial analysis, financial modeling, building boards).
6. Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (CR, ROI, LTV).
7. Intermediate knowledge of English (understanding of key financial terms).
Will be a plus:
1. Understanding of the main financial flows of IT businesses, SaaS, mobile App, and key indicators (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV).
2. Experience with databases and analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI).
The team expects you to:
1. Performance of financial and budgetary control:
- approval of expense requests in the corporate IT system
- approval of new transactions and financial flows;
2. Formation of monthly management reporting:
- preparation of a full set of financial statements (Cash flow, internal P&L, Balance) for the business as a whole and separately by unit,
- performing cost allocation by units;
3. Analytical support for the CEO and management:
- conducting additional data analysis and calculations, operational reports at the request of the CEO, providing recommendations to help make informed and strategic financial decisions,
- participation in boards and strategic sessions,
4. Budgeting and planning:
- assist the CEO/COO in budgeting, collecting, analyzing and justifying variances.
- participation in the preparation of business plans and investment projects, assessment of their financial feasibility.
5. Web revenue management:
- comparison and forecasting of web revenues, synchronization of PayPal revenues with P&L and CF (display of turnover and refunds),
- tracking groups of transactions (batches) coming from different merchant identification numbers (MIDs) and comparing them with processes.
6. Participation in the construction of infrastructure services:
- support and implementation of the group's infrastructure services (legal, HR, financial, payment) between units and the company as a whole on a paid basis and integration of these services into the company's financial statements and policies.
