Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in mobile and web product development.

We decide which product we will work on ourselves, because we have our own framework for selecting and validating new product ideas and the entire infrastructure for their creation. 

We also support the ideas and development of our colleagues, so you will have the opportunity to propose your own product idea, and if it is economically viable for us, we can start working on it. And you will be able to act as the CEO of your product and drive its further development.

We are growing x5 year on year and we are not going to stop, so now we are looking for a significant addition to our team - Lead Paid Social (Facebook)
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. 3+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing. At least 1 year of experience with mobile applications is a must.
2. Practical experience in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok from $200,000.
3. Data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it.
4. Deep understanding of the key marketing principles and cognitive empathy - the ability to understand the pains and needs of users.
5. Systematic and structured approach to work.
6. Strong critical thinking and data-driven approach.
7. Strong analytical skills (factor analysis, ability to find cause-and-effect relationships, prioritization).
8. Ability to generate and implement qualitatively new ideas and hypotheses.
9. Knowledge of English at B2+ level.
The team expects you to:
1. Creating and implementing a user acquisition strategy on Meta and TikTok for a specific product.
2. Implementing of the launch strategy and fulfillment of KPIs based on the launch results.
3. Working with data analytics: monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, analyse key metrics (CPA, CR, CTR, ROI, etc.), adjust strategy based on data and propose new solutions.
4. Working with the creative team to create high-quality, converting advertising creatives, together with the Creative Lead, set KPIs for the creative team, participate in brainstorming sessions and evaluate the results of the designers' work.
5. Researching direct and indirect competitors in terms of channels, advertising materials and successful approaches to user engagement.ss to increase efficiency.
