Motion Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer to join the Kiss My Apps team. Our ideal candidate will be dealing with producing creative videos for our products as well as taking active part in bringing new concepts ideas for creatives.

Kiss My Apps is a startup studio that specializes in developing mobile-first products.Over the last year, the total MRR of Kiss My Apps products has grown 5 times, now our products attract up to 2M new users per month, and the total audience is already more than 40M users.

Our portfolio includes 30+ web and mobile products of various categories: Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others.‍

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. Competent in using Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on After Effects (including Element 3D), Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.

2. Ability to work with Figma.

3. Skilled in motion design, composition, rhythm, and understanding of editing and pacing;

4. Must be proficient in animating user interface (UI) elements.

5. Experience in using plugins to speed up work.

The team expects you to:

1. Create videos, static ads, and adapt them for various formats across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and more.

2. Select assets for future creatives or review existing ones for re-launch in advertising campaigns.

3. Collaborate closely with creative marketing managers and other designers to bring ideas to life with impactful designs.

4. Actively participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and brainstorming sessions.

5. Continuously explore new motion design trends and AI tools to keep content fresh and engaging.
