A studio partner can acquire up to 49% of the company's shares by achieving predefined KPIs, which are unique for each project but always tied to the timeline of reaching certain financial targets

Additionally, a studio partner working full-time as a CEO receives a monthly compensation

This arrangement offers a less risky option for the partner compared to the traditional venture path

For the studio, this is also beneficial as it retains a majority share in the company, while providing the CEO with strong motivation to develop the company, a goal we believe cannot be achieved by simply hiring a specialist on a salary basis
