HR director
As the HR director, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving KMA’s people strategy. You will shape the growth of our organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. 8+ years of progressive People Operations and leadership experience, with a track record of scaling teams in high-growth environments.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
3. Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams. Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
4. Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
5. Experience in building and promoting a strong employer brand. Creative and innovative approach to talent attraction and retention.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English (upper-intermediate level or higher). Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions.
8. Passion for our mission and values. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The team expects you to:
1.  Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to align our people strategy with our business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on metrics and analytics.
2. Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment strategy to scale our team from 125 to 1,000 employees within 3 years. Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract A-players.
3. Employer Branding: Build and promote our employer brand to position our company as a top destination for talent. Create and implement initiatives that highlight our culture and values.
4. Employee Retention: Develop and execute retention strategies to ensure our team remains motivated and engaged. Implement programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to build a top-performing leadership team. Mentor and coach leaders to ensure they are equipped to drive the company’s vision and achieve the ambitious goals.
6. Culture Building: Champion our company culture and values. Develop initiatives that strengthen team cohesion and create a vibrant workplace.
7. People Operations: Oversee all People functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc. Ensure that our policies and practices support our growth and align with our strategic goals.
8. Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to support our growth and transformation. Ensure smooth transitions and foster adaptability within the team.
