Payment Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Payment Operations Manager to join the Kiss My Apps team in order to be confident that our infrastructure is strong within the operation area. As our portfolio is diverse, the candidate would be able to deal with multifaceted tasks and inquiries with both internal and external communication.

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. Advanced (С1) English level.

2. At least 1 year of previous experience in Operational, Finance, or Payments domains in IT;

3. Basic knowledge of how online payments work;

4. Earlier background in cross-functional task management;

Will be a plus:

1. Track record of setting up scalable processes.

2. Previous experience in external stakeholder communication.

The team expects you to:

1. Setting up scalable payment operational processes and their optimization;

2. Act as the main contact point with internal stakeholders of the group (Legal, Finance, Treasury) within operational inquiries;

3. Communication with external counterparties on operational requests (banks, payment institutions, consultants);

4. Maintain a database of counterparties;

5. Control of payments to counterparties within specified terms;

6. Monitoring of settlements, paid commissions;

7. Processing of other operational requests from the payments department (registration of related online services, accounts);
